What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all full-priced items, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that altered garments cannot be returned.

Where is M.J. Bale wool sourced from?
We take pride in our heritage; much of our premium Merino wool is sourced directly from ethical, sustainable farms in Australia, including our own carbon-neutral farm in Tasmania.
